[ For owners ]

Grow.

More revenue from the business you already have.

Grow is for owners already trading who suspect there is more in it. Rather than starting with what to add, we start with where the money leaks out: traffic that does not convert, ad spend buying customers you already had, a checkout losing people at step three, or search visibility you are not claiming. Work is monthly, cancellable with thirty days' notice after an initial period, and every month you get one page telling you exactly what happened, including what did not work.

Where does revenue usually leak out?

In the same handful of places, in most businesses we look at.

Conversion, where traffic arrives and leaves without buying. Branded spend, where ads intercept customers who were already coming. Broken tracking, where you are making decisions on numbers that have been wrong for months. Abandoned checkouts nobody follows up. And search terms your competitors own that you have never targeted.

None of these need more traffic to fix. They need the leak plugging first.

Why fix conversion before buying more traffic?

Because every improvement to conversion applies to all the traffic you already pay for, and keeps paying for as long as that traffic keeps coming.

Doubling your traffic doubles your costs. Improving conversion from two per cent to three per cent lifts revenue by half with no extra spend at all.

Most businesses do it the other way round, which is why so much ad budget quietly disappears. Traffic is the expensive fix, so it should rarely be the first one.

What does a month of Grow work look like?

We agree the priorities up front, then work through them in order of expected return, not in order of what is most fun to build.

At the end of each month: one page. What we did, what it cost, what it earned, one thing that underperformed, and what is next with the reasoning.

If a channel stops earning its keep, we will recommend cutting it, including when that reduces our own fee.

[ The monthly report ]

One page. Plain English.

Every month you get one page: how it went in a sentence, sales split into branded and non-branded, what we did, what did not work, and what is next.

Fixing leaks first means the early results usually come from the traffic you already have, not from spending more.

Example

Conversion rate up from 1.9% to 2.4% after the checkout changes, with no extra ad spend.

Non-branded
New customers from search and ads
1,180 visitsSales £6,420
Branded
Customers who already knew your name
940 visitsSales £3,610

What we did

Removed two checkout steps. Showed delivery costs on product pages instead of at the end.

What did not work

The homepage video. No change in engagement, so it has come down.

Next month

Fix purchase tracking in Meta, which has been under-reporting since the last theme update.

Example layout. The figures are illustrative, not from a client account.

[ Check it yourself ]

Three checks you can run today.

No login for us, no audit fee. Each takes a few minutes in your own account.

  1. 01

    Where do people drop out?

Compare how many sessions add to basket, reach checkout and complete it. The steepest fall between two steps is your biggest leak.

Where: Shopify › Analytics › Conversion rate

  2. 02

Are ads buying customers you already had?

Find search terms containing your brand name and add up what they cost. That spend reached people who were already looking for you.

Where: Google Ads › Insights and reports › Search terms

  3. 03

    Are your numbers right?

Compare last month's purchases in your analytics with your real orders. A big gap means decisions are being made on the wrong figures.

Where: GA4 › Reports › Monetisation, then your order list

[ What's included ]

What you get.

  1. 01

    Priorities agreed up front

A short list of what to fix and in what order, agreed before work starts.

  2. 02

    Biggest return first

Worked through in order of expected return, not what is most interesting to build.

  3. 03

    A one-page monthly report

What we did, what it cost, what it earned, what underperformed and what is next.

  4. 04

    Honest about channels

If something stops paying for itself, we recommend cutting it, even when that lowers our fee.

  5. 05

    A flat monthly fee

No percentage of ad spend, and ad spend paid by you directly.

  6. 06

    No long lock-in

Thirty days' notice after the first three months.

[ Is it a good fit? ]

Who this suits, and who it does not.

A good fit

  • You already trade online and have some traffic.
  • You suspect money is leaking but cannot see where.
  • You want numbers you can check yourself.

Probably not right yet

  • No sales or traffic yet. Launch is the better place to start.
  • You want a fixed number of hours a month regardless of what needs doing.

[ Cost ]

What it costs.

Grow work runs from £750 to £2,500 a month depending on scope, with ad spend paid separately into your own accounts and never marked up.

[ FAQs ]

Questions people ask us

How do I know if my current agency is doing a good job?
Ask for three things: a one-page monthly summary in plain English, branded and non-branded search reported separately, and one thing that underperformed each month. A good agency provides all three happily. Resistance to any of them is worth noticing. The honest exception is that some very good agencies simply have poor reporting habits rather than bad intentions, so ask before you conclude. Most will improve on request, and if they do, keep them.
Do I need to leave my current agency to work with you?
Not necessarily. Some clients keep an existing agency for one channel and use us for another, particularly where the site build and the marketing sit in different hands. What matters is that everyone can see the same numbers and nobody claims the same conversion twice. If there is overlap we will say so rather than quietly billing alongside someone doing the same work. Duplicate spend is exactly the kind of leak this page is about.
What if my website is the problem, not the marketing?
Then we fix the website, and it is more common than you would think. Pouring budget into traffic when the site loses people at the first hurdle is the most expensive mistake in digital marketing. Sometimes that means a rebuild, but often it does not: page speed, clearer product information, a simpler checkout and better mobile layout can be done incrementally without starting again. We will always tell you the cheaper option when it exists.
How long before I see results?
Conversion and tracking fixes can move numbers within weeks because they act on traffic you already have. Paid advertising typically shows a clear picture by month two or three. Search work takes three to six months for meaningful movement. We will set expectations per channel at the start so you know what you are judging and when, rather than being asked to trust a process indefinitely.
